In the modern world, a non technological power can't win over time. Their missles use Western chips. China won't help them. And they won't be able to get artillery within reach of major cities because their army is a sad joke.

Nukes are their only recourse, and using them would bring about their complete end...hopefully by way of a full blockade joined by China and India.
