The 4th amendment references seizure of property by the government. It also says such seizures can be done if there is a law allowing it. Not sure how that relates.

The fifth amendment, again, says there needs to be a law in place for certain actvities. And it only requires compensation for property if the property is going to be taken for public use. Again, no relevance.

Any other specific constitutional points that relate?
